Books

I love books and to reading them! I believe that one way to have adventure is to read a book. You never know what awaits within the pages of a book. You may get to ride along with Alec and The Black Stallion or enter the magical world of Narnia with Peter, Susan, Edmund and Lucy. When my siblings and I were little my parents would take us to the library and I think that help us all to develop a love for reading. We all did the summer reading program which was a lot of fun. I think it is very important to read because it helps our mind to grow and to help us to see people's view of life in a different way then we normally do. I love to curl up in my bed with a good book and leave the world for a few hours. Here is a list of my top ten favorite books.
Counting from 10 to 1.

10. The Thief Lord by: Cornelia Funke
9. The Black Stallion series by: Walter Farley
8. The Tennis Shoes Among the Nephties series by; Chris Heimerdinger
7. The Outsiders By:S.E. Hinton
6. The Song Of the Lioness series By: Tamora Pierce
5. The Chronicles of Narnia By: C.S. Lewis
4. Speak By: Laurie Halse Anderson
3. Ramona Quimby series By:Beverly Cleary
2. Harry Potter series by: J.K. Rowling
1.The Hearts of the Children by: Dean Hughes

I have so much more books that I love but here are the books I really like. I will never stop reading! I want to read as many books as I can. So lets open a good book and start to dream.

Ghostwriter

There was this show called Ghostwriter that Becky, Kevin, Megan, Jenny and I watched when we were kids and we would checked it out of the library and we really liked it. I found Ghostwriter on YouTube last week and it was so fun to watch it again it brought back good memories. A great show and so entertaining. I love seeing how the Ghostwriter team work together and really cared about each other. The Ghostwriter Team is: Alex, Gabby, Tina. Lenni, Jamel, Rob and Hector. Ghostwriter! Word!

Friends!

Blessing number 2 is Friends. I have some of the best friends in the world. Growing up I had a hard time making friends since I was so shy. So I didn't always have friends and when I did they weren't true friends. Now I have the truest friends ever. They are always there when I need them and I always have lots of fun with them. I have learn a lot from them and one thing I have learn is to never give up even when it is hard. I really value friendship and want to do everything I can to help my friends. When you think of others and what to help them all you can you are then a true friend. One of my favorite things about my friends is they can always make me laugh! It feel so good to be with them to relax and to be myself. I never knew what it was like to have really good friends until I moved to Utah and it is the best thing ever to have good friends! I am so happy to have the friends that I have. Friends are Forever and ever!

My thoughts

I know I haven't posted anything on my blog for quite some time but since I am not married or have any kids I don't have anything intersting to post so I thought that since this is my blog then I can post anything I want and I want to start out on writing about my blessings each day and then I will always have something to post and to be thankful for. So here it goes. One of my blessings is my family. I really have a great family! I love them so much and look forward to the times we get have together. Ever since I moved back to Utah about a 1 year and a half ago I really thought about how much my family means to me and how much my parents did for my siblings and I so we could have a happy home. They join the church at the young age of 13 and by their example they showed me that it means so much to them. The gospel is so important to me and I am so forever grateful for my parents for knowing it was true and for living the gospel as best as they can. My siblings aren't just my brothers and sisters they are my friends. I have so much fun when I with them. I just don't know what I would do with them they have taught me so much and still are. We have the best time whenever we are together. So thank you my family for being my family and for loving me. I love you!

Lonesome Dove

Last month my friend Adam and I watched a great movie called Lonesome Dove. It is a cowboy movie and I really like cowboy movies. Adam and I were at the library one day and he told me about it so I checked to see if the library had it and they did. It took us a couple of days to watch it but it was really good. I recommend it. Cowboys are great!

Heartland

Jenny and I have read this series of books call Heartland. The books are about a girl named Amy Fleming who lives on a ranch that she helps horses that have been abused or have behavioral problems. She lives with her sister, Lou and her Grandpa, Jack. It was made into a TV show in Canada recently and I found the show at the library and so I checked it out. Jenny and I really like it. Such a good show. Very well done and what I remember of the books the show is very much like it. I love horses and when I was a young girl I would try to find every book I could get my hands on. That love for horses have always been there and I really hope I will be able to my my childhood dream come true someday: To own a horse. The motto of Heartland: Healing Horses Healing Hearts.

So Many Things.....

I haven't written for a while since I haven't had much to say until now. I have been thinking a lot about what I want to do with my life but there are so many things to choice from. Here is an list of a what I want to do.

1. Go on a mission. I haven't had the desire to serve a mission but I have been thinking about it. But I haven't felt I need to go.

2. Go to school. I looked into going to Utah Career Collage. There is an Vet Tech program there. But far too expensive. But that doesn't mean that I can't go to school just not that one.

3. Go to a ranch. I have a friend who married a cowboy and they live on a ranch in Wyoming. My friend said that I was welcome to come to the ranch anytime. I have been really thinking about going this summer.

I know the Lord will help guide me in my life but sometimes the Lord wants us to make the choice. Life is good anyways.
